Leaving to Polanco Friday. Excited! Here's what I've read:
"Another neighborhood to visit is Polanco. It is safe to walk and hosts some of the best hotels, i.e. the J.W. Marriott, the W, the Nikko, the Habita and El Presidente Intercontinental. And for fine dining, it is the area where most of the best restaurants are located. Take Pujol, for instance, which was recognized amongst the world´s 100 best. Also, the wine cellar of El Presidente Intercontinental is the largest in Latin America, its labels estimated worth being about a million dollars.
Additionally, there are a number of upscale shops: Armani, Zegna, Bulgari...take a walk along Masaryk, sometimes called the Mexican Fifth Avenue."
Seems I'll be at the wine cellar or shopping! Also, I have got to see the Aztec pyramids! And hopefully can squeeze in sometime for one of their great museums! Yippeeeee!
